1. Scope of application This policy applies to all orders placed through Pronshop.com and its subdomains, regardless of where the buyer or seller is located.

2. Delivery method • Direct shipping by merchants: Goods are dispatched by the merchants themselves or through third-party logistics. • Platform fulfillment (if applicable) : Goods marked "Fulfilled by Pronshop" will be processed uniformly by the designated warehouse and distribution center of the platform. • Cross-border or local: Depending on the delivery template set by the merchant, buyers can view the estimated delivery time and cost on the settlement page.

3. Freight charges and Taxes The shipping fee is set by the merchant and may be calculated based on weight, volume, destination or promotional rules. • Tariffs, import value-added tax, customs clearance fees, etc. (if any) shall be borne by the buyer. The platform will provide an estimate on the settlement page for reference only. The actual taxes and fees shall be subject to the determination of the local customs.

4. Processing time • In-stock: The merchant promises to complete the packaging and delivery to the logistics within 1 to 5 working days. • Pre-sale/Customization: The production cycle marked on the product page shall prevail. In the event of force majeure (such as the epidemic, natural disasters, strikes, or customs spot checks), the handling time may be postponed. Merchants or the platform will notify through in-site messages or emails.

5. Transportation timeliness Local delivery: 1 to 7 working days • Regional delivery (within the same continent) : 5 to 15 working days • Global delivery: 7 to 30 working days The above are the industry average reference values. The actual values should be based on the trajectory of the logistics provider.

6. Logistics tracking After shipment, the system will automatically update the waybill number. Buyers can view the real-time trajectory in "My Orders". If the trajectory is not generated within 72 hours, please contact the merchant's customer service. If the processing time promised by the merchant is exceeded, you can apply for cancellation or refund.

7. Signature for receipt and inspection Please check the integrity of the outer packaging on the spot. If there is any damage or shortage, please take photos and refuse to accept it or mark it as abnormal before signing for it. Upon receipt, it is deemed that there are no objections regarding the appearance. If the buyer or the logistics provider claims compensation for transportation damage after the fact, the platform can assist in providing necessary materials.

8. Cannot be delivered/returned In case of return due to reasons such as incorrect address, recipient's refusal to pay taxes, or long-term unclaimed items, the buyer shall bear the return shipping fee and the cost of the second shipment. If the package is destroyed or confiscated by the customs, the platform and the merchant shall not be held liable for compensation.

9. Delay, loss and damage protection If the order is not received within 60 days after shipment, the buyer can file a "logistics anomaly" complaint. The platform will coordinate with merchants and logistics providers for verification. For cases confirmed to be lost or severely damaged, you can choose to reissue, get a refund or partial compensation. The specific options are subject to the investigation results of the merchant and the platform.

10. Policy change Pronshop reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Major changes will be announced on the website or notified by email 7 days in advance. Continuing to place orders indicates acceptance of the latest version.
