1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pronshop, you agree to these terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Platform role

Pronshop only provides an online trading venue for third-party merchants and consumers, and does not assume responsibility for the quality of products, the accuracy of descriptions, or the actions of merchants.

3. User Qualification

Must be at least 18 years old and have full capacity for civil conduct. Enterprise users must have legal business operation qualifications.

4. Account security

You are fully responsible for the activities of your account. Notify customer service immediately if unauthorized use is discovered.

5. Prohibited behavior

Fraud, abuse, infringement, Posting of illegal information, interference with system integrity, and data scraping are prohibited.

6. Trading rules

The prices, inventory and shipping fees are set by the merchants who have settled in.
After payment, the merchant and the consumer directly form a sales contract. Pronshop can assist in dispute resolution, but is not a party to the contract.
Cancellation, return and exchange shall be subject to the merchant's policies and applicable laws.

7. Intellectual property rights

The content, trademarks and software on the platform are all owned by Pronshop or its licensors. The user is granted only a limited and non-transferable right of use.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pronshop shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or punitive damages. The total compensation amount shall not exceed the amount of the disputed order.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". No guarantee of no interruption, no error, and no virus.

10. Modification and Termination

Pronshop may upgrade, suspend or terminate services at any time. Major changes to the terms will be announced 7 days in advance.

11. Applicable laws and disputes

This clause is governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) for final settlement.
